I came in for the bmw 1 series this morning and the lads showed exceptional customer service providing me with every detail of the car also answering all my questions with clear information. I also loved how they left me to inspect the car on my own without rushing me and to go at my own pace which i lover and the whole experience from coming to their place wnd finally buying the car was smooth , fast and outstanding. The car itself was in excellent condition coming with a fresh mot and full service done prior to me buying and also came with a 6 month warranty which put my mind at ease however with the condition of the car i domt think i will need the warranty as the car runs execellent with no problems . You can see they car about customer satisfation and will answer all your questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UE Motors

Excellent experience from start to starting the car.

Amazing customer service from everyone I spoke to at UE Motors. I was looking for my first car and made an appointment for a test drive. Some minor inconveniences occurred that day, so it took a bit longer to get started. However, they knocked a bit off the price as an apology, and I was able to drive it home the same day. I previously asked on the phone if I could get a newer MOT done as the previous one only had six months left, and they did so before my test drive.
Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the handbrake switch a few days after getting it, and the open button on the key broke shortly after. The provided warranty wouldn't cover it, and it was getting close to two weeks after purchase, meaning that, legally, UE Motors did not have to assist me, especially as I'd mentioned that I'd be unable to take the one-hour drive to them during the week.
However, I can happily say that they did not hesitate to get it all fixed. I noticed the coolant was slightly low, and they immediately reimbursed me to buy a bottle to top it up. They then came to pick up the car and take it back to their garage to fix the faulty switch, while keeping me updated. They even checked some other concerns I had and then delivered me the car with an extra key and a fuller tank than I left it. All past the two-week window. I would highly recommend purchasing from them, as they genuinely cared about making sure I'm happy with everything and were friendly throughout the process. Thanks guys!

Great experience buying my car! Friendly and helpful service, with absolutely no pressure. We were able to sit in and start up a couple of the cars, check them over and wander around the forecourt with no hassle. I liked that there wasn't an overwhelming range to look at, just a great selection of affordable cars. I ended up going for a lovely Ford Fiesta that we took for a test drive and so far it's been perfect. Before delivery, one of the lights was fixed and it was given a full valet. The car came with a 3 month warranty and I had peace of mind that I was dealing with a trustworthy and honest company. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I was booked in the same day to check a car, although I arrived late, one of the staff members waited for me and even picked me up from the train station. I ended up buying a Honda Jazz, and it was in great condition for its age. I am very happy with the purchase for now, and the staff member was very kind in staying over the closing time to help me. I would recommend checking out their cars and their service was great!

Nouman sold me a Peugeot recently, chilled out dealership non-pushy. Just gave me the keys and allowed me to test drive etc. offered us refreshments and dealt with everything professionally. Cars come with warranty etc.
felt happy using them to purchase a car and will continue to use them in the future when we need our next car.
